๐Ÿ‘‹ Introductory questions

I often find myself comparing my life and/or accomplishments to the content I see about others on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

I have often created posts but did not upload them because I felt that they were not good enough or I didn't look good enough.

The amount of engagement (likes, comments, or shares) I receive on social media influences how confident I feel about my image.

I put a lot of thought into how I present myself on social media to create a specific image.

I often find myself adjusting what I post based on what I think will get the most engagement, rather than what I truly want to share or how I want to share it.

When I donโ€™t get enough likes or interactions on my posts, I feel tempted to delete those posts.

I believe that my online persona is different from who I am in real life.
